Terms

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed fee is required upon receipt of signed contract agreement to confirm and secure the booking date(s). Balance due and payable on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy: If the program is cancelled for any reason more than sixty (60) days prior to the agreed date, it's AGinc policy to reschedule (within 12 months) for the same fee. Should you be forced to cancel the program sixty days or less before the date of the program the deposit will be full settlement.

Facility and Audio/Video Support: Client agrees to provide room set-up at the facility, as discussed with Mr. Goff. Any non-profit audio and video distribution of the program within your organization are permitted, provided that a master copy of such recording is supplied to and approved by the speaker. Profit-seeking distribution of any magnitude requires a separate written royalty agreement.

Travel Expenses: Unrestricted round trip standard coach airfare from Grande Prairie, AB. Business class travel for flights four (4) hours or longer, and for international flights. Travel expenses also include all ground transportation. All travel expenses must be paid by client within 7 days after speaking engagement and or event.

Lodging: Hotel must be pre-booked in advance for the night before event. If speaking engagement ends after 5pm, hotel room must be booked for additional night. Hotel to be secured by the client, guaranteed for late arrival and billed directly to your organization.

Meals:Two (2) moderate meals provided per day.

Listed fees are for standard programs. If you require extra research and customization for your group, Mr. Goff will be glad to quote you a special fee, which will include consultation and preparation time. All time scheduled over max must be approved in advance by Alan Goff or representing agency. Rates subject to change without notice, please contact to confirm current rates.
